Kevin and I had the privilege to go to Maui, HI this summer with his parents. We were there for 7 days (+ travel) and it was awesome! I have a lot of pictures, so I'll break them into smaller parts. The resort Kim and Annette stay at is beautiful. I never understood how some people could spend so much time at a resort rather than explore the "real" part of their destination. I understand now. They make it so beautiful and it's right up against the ocean anyway. Best of both worlds. We ended up going out in the mornings and coming back to the resort in the afternoons/evenings.
Neither Kevin nor I are big swimmers, but we did get in the pool and ocean (still was freezing), and we read a lot and napped a lot. :)
