A Blast from the Past

I found some old instant cameras that I finally decided to get developed. It was cool to realize that I actually documented these events--our Honeymoon in CanCun in 2005 and then our 1 year anniversary trip to Disneyland. Here are a few pictures from the 2 trips. By the way, I married a total hottie!

Ice Cream Trucks

I love ice cream trucks! Not only do I love ice cream and popsicles, they just seem so novel and make me happy inside. And even better, the ice cream truck comes around 2-3 times a week on my street! It took me a long time to get the courage (plus, he always came right at dinner time) to buy something from him. Of course I had to buy a REAL bomb pop, although I guess they are called "Bullets" now. But it totally made my day and I have greater confidence now in buying ice cream and popsicles more often. Yaay for ice cream trucks!

Mmmm....summer food

We both love anything on the grill! I remember looking forward to summer when I was kid solely because of the food: watermelon, strawberries, corn on the cob, brats, etc. Kevin grilled kabobs (mine is pretty simple...I'm a little picky, I guess) and corn on the cob. It was SO good!

My Latest Crafts

My mom came over to help me with some more sewing projects. The bean bags were the most fun...because sewing squares is easy. :) The necktie onesies were a little more tricky but still fun. We're thinking of blessing the baby in a white onesie with a white "tie." Maybe throw on some pants? Is that totally trashy?
