We have a BYU fan in the making (naturally, with parents like us). Reed watched the football game with Kevin as the Cougars destroyed Northern Iowa. Notice how Reed already knows the BYU song (ra, ra, ra-ra-ra). ;)
Hey! We're all for teaching them that BYU is the ONLY option at a very young age. We tell Amy that BYU is the only college that the "princes" go to. :)
Dave totally did the same thing when Liam was that little! He'd sit on the couch holding Liam and just watch football all day. Actually, Liam was born on the first college football Saturday of the season last year so we were watching football in the delivery room... not joking.
AIdan was so excited to show Tom his drawing he brought home from school today...a boy wearing a BYU shirt. Tom was (not) so proud. He really is suffering much by moving here...his boys will be going blue. What sacrifices he makes. I guess that whole story is proof that the early indoctrination idea doesn't work, otherwise the boy in the drawing would be wearing a green rams shirt. Best of luck to you Cougar fans. :)
It was s good game. Matt still feels like a cougar even though he was only there for a semester. We hope to be back there next year for Grad school...we'll see. He is so cute. They grow so fast.
