Allergy boy

Meet our ALLERGY BOY!  Corbin is allergic to a lot of things including all nuts, egg whites, and milk.  He also seems to suffer from seasonal allergies and apparently, we don't know everything he is allergic to (hence the swollen lips which we never identified as to why).  Poor kid is often itching his arms and legs for unknown reasons.  We have EpiPens that we will hopefully never have to use.

Barbecue Princess

Meet our BARBECUE PRINCESS!  Whenever there is food around, you can find Taryn.  She asks me every morning what I am making for dinner (it makes me crazy!) and 9 times out of 10, her favorite part of her day is something she ate.  Eating takes priority over playing with friends, and her favorite food is barbecue!  Her face lights up whenever Kevin starts up the smoker.  She's the first to sneak a bite and it makes us so happy how much she appreciates good food.

Easter and Conference Weekend

We had a great Easter/Conference weekend.  The Easter bunny has been coming to our house on Saturday which helps us to focus more on the Savior and the true meaning of Easter on Sunday.  It worked out pretty great this year with General Conference falling on Easter Sunday this year.

Turns out I didn't take too many pictures of Easter (or of life lately for that matter).  We had a super fun brunch and egg hunt with cousins at Oma and Opa's house the weekend before.  They dyed an egg, played silly games, had the best easter egg hunt ever, and loved being with their Wilson side cousins!  On Easter Sunday, we had the Braby side over for dinner with more cousin fun!

St. George-10 years!

Happy 10 year Anniversary to us!  We decided to go earlier than May 7 (I think it was beginning of April?) due to my pregnancy.  The farther along I get, the harder it is for me to sleep any other place than my bed.  We went to St. George years ago when I was 9 months pregnant with Reed, and I literally woke up crying several times a night because my hips hurt so bad.  

We went on a short, easy hike that was still enjoyable.  The weather was perfect.  Who knew the desert could be so pretty?  We also had dinner and played games with some great friends, Ann and Brian, who were our neighbors years ago in Orem.  We miss them so much and it was so fun doing what we used to do.  We also saw another favorite family, the Malufaus, who so graciously fed us a delicious Sunday dinner.  On top of that, we did a session at the St. George Temple (we were definitely the youngest there which was kinda fun, though I'm pretty sure I was going at the same pace as the older couples).  

We had a great time, filled with friends and enjoying the outdoors a bit.  Not as much a "foodie trip" like Austin was, but it was still wonderful to get away for a couple days.

(Yep, we brought our huge mattress pad to go on top of the hotel bed.  Kevin was so embarrassed. haha  That's love). :)
