I need some opinions on double strollers. What do you have and do you like it? Why? Pros and cons. Reed still loves riding in a stroller, so I definitely need a double. But did you carry your baby for the first few months and then put them in the stroller? Or do you have one that you can click in your car seat (which is what I am leaning to)? Side by side or front and back? So many decisions....

I had the Jeep side-by-side. I really liked it: it was significantly cheaper, we could still fit through any door, it folded up really small. We didn't use it for that long because Dash was all of a sudden over riding in a stroller. The down side would be that you can't put an infant seat on it (I think), but the seats do recline a little bit. Also, there wasn't a basket to hold a diaper bag. It had a cupholder and small pockets on each side.
Totally something click-able. I've always been tempted by the sit and stand strollers, have you checked those out?
I have a sweet Bumbleride Indie Twin. If you wanna know more let me know. I love it!
We had a hard time trying to find one. Its such a pain. Ours the car seat clicks in the back seat and the front seat turns around so the kids can play with each other. I dont know how great that will be. But its a feature.
Your blog is so cute. I am excited to get to read it!
Just in case you are interested, my blog is, aminuteformyself.blogspot.com.
We have the sit-n-stand deluxe (or something like that) so it was actually 2 seats at first (one being the type a car seat could click on to) and then when Lucy got older, we could remove the back seat and it became a bench so it was the true "sit-n-stand". I've liked it a lot for when we are at the mall, church, etc It is a bit hard to push and maneuver.
But what I REALLY love (and what I think would be more for you as well) is our Croozer jogging stroller/bike trailer http://www.croozerdesigns.com/kid-for-2.html I cannot tell you how much I love this. I jog with it, we go on bike rides and it's even compact enough to take places. It has a storage place in the back so we;ll pack a picnic and ride somewhere and go eat it. I even walk to the grocery store and put my items in the back of it. It does not fold up as compact as the sit-n-stand abut you can fold down enough to get in your trunk and it takes less than 5 minutes to have it ready again. Well worth every penny!
We started out with a side by side jogger but the front wheel didn't swivel and it was pretty wide so we took it right back to Babies R Us. We then got a Graco Duo Glider (that was almost 6 years ago so it probably has a new name now). I love it! It has sooooo many miles on it! I have really liked it. I know there are more up scale models out there but as far as durability, I know this one can stand up to a lot of abuse! Good luck!
