Like Father like Son

We downloaded "Baby Smash" for Reed so he doesn't destroy stuff on the computer. He is capable of deleting and creating things even Kevin has no idea how to do, just by pounding on the keyboard. So we decided this would be a good idea. He likes it, but it doesn't keep his attention for as long as you'd think. It's like he knew he was destroying things and liked it......
Now he likes to throw the keyboard off the desk, so he hasn't been on the computer for a while. We got him an old keyboard to play with but for some reason, it just doesn't interest him. So destructive at such a young age. What are we going to do??

Tubing hill of awesomeness

We had a really fun date at Soldier Hollow Tubing hill with our friends Ammon and Cassidy. We had to document it. Fun like this doesn't happen every day.

Cassidy fell off her tube (which I didn't quite capture) while on the tow rope, so she hopped on Ammon's tube. It was hilarious as she was just dragged up the hill for a little while.

The hill. It looks pretty wimpy, but it is a groomed hill (4 lanes) with a few bumps. You get going SO fast, and the beautiful thing is that since it is groomed, you really can't get hurt too bad. We did have one good wipeout--our tubes were all linked together like a caterpillar and we were trying to do a slingshot; something happened and Kevin's face and shoulder hit snow and he fell off his tube, and then Cassidy's tube flew over Ammon's head as she went flying. It was pretty awesome...especially since I wasn't part of the wipeout. :)

Sporty Spice

I've been trying to find a sports headband for Reed since he was a baby, but I guess baby boy headbands are hard to come by. Then I had a realization: he could wear an adult one! I even got the "Wilson" sports headband. He will be wearing this a lot this summer. :)

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

I decided to reread the 6th Harry Potter book to prepare for the movie coming out this summer. This is the 3rd (I think) time I've read it, and it is still good! I have yet to find a book that comes close to being as good as the Harry Potter books. They're so entertaining and keep me wanting to read. I have a horrible memory when it comes to remembering plots from books, movies, etc. so most everything in the book was a surprise again! :) But what do you guys think? Are there any books that are as good as Harry Potter? And don't say Twilight because I think I'd barf. What are your favorite books?
